Terms & Conditions:
1. If you would like a physical membership card, it is a 'once off' $5.00 charge per member.
2. Members must be aged 18 years or older.
3. We will respect the privacy of any personal information collected from our members. We will not share any members' personal information with any third party.
4. By signing up members agree to receive promotional information from Crossroads Hotel via email and/or SMS. The option to opt out is included with each piece of communication.
5. Members will enjoy exclusive offers.
6. Crossroads Hotel membership points are generated and can be spent by members as follows:
a. Members must ask staff to swipe their membership card before the transaction is complete in order to earn membership points.
b. Food and beverages purchases: $1.00 equals 1 point
Membership points are rounded down to the nearest whole point. For example a bistro purchase of $50.25 will generate 50 membership points.
c. Membership points can be spent on food and beverage purchases only. (i.e. excluding bottleshop or accommodation)
d. Redemption rate: 100 membership points = $2.50
e. Points can be used for payment at any time as long as points cover the entire transaction.
f. Members can ask staff for their points balance at any time.
