Crossroads Hotel is Bringing You a Night of Great Food & Fine Wine
This winter, Crossroads Hotel bring you a night of great food and fine wine with our Chefs Table Degustation on Wednesday 7 August, 7pm. We will take your taste buds on a journey with a 6 course degustation and matching wines from Lillypilly Estate Wines.
Having traveled extensively around the world, our Head Chef David Beus is a highly experienced chef, who has continuously expanded on his culinary training. David has worked in fine dining restaurants, cafes, event catering, private residences, food production as well as extensively in pubs and clubs. With a passion for all cuisines from contemporary to modern Australian dining, David is always introducing and exploring new and amazing dishes at Crossroads Hotel.
Chef David has created an amazing menu here at Crossroads Hotel that features traditional pub meals as well as a range of gourmet dishes. Testament to his passion for food and skill in the kitchen, in 2018 David took home Chef of the Year (City & Southern) in the NSW AHA Awards.
At this inaugural Chef’s Table event, you can expect to see and taste your way through a selection of dishes that you wouldn’t expect to find at your local. With wines from Lillypilly Estate included and matched to each course, this is fine dining meets a cellar door experience at the Crossroads.
Tickets are $150 per person and includes canapes & sparkling wine on arrival, 6 course degustation with matching wines.
