Crossroads Hotel Wins Three AHA NSW Awards for Excellence

Winners of the 2018 AHA NSW Awards for Excellence have been announced, with Crossroads Hotel in Casula taking home the top gongs in all three award categories entered: Best Casual Dining, Best Innovative Refurbishment and Chef of the Year – City for Head Chef, David Beus.

“It’s a huge privilege to be recognised amongst the best hotels in the state’s industry. These wins are a reflection of the dedicated team on the front line and behind the scenes at Crossroads every day”, said the hotel’s General Manager and Licensee, Glen Pocklington.

“We’ve been steering Crossroads Hotel in a new, family-friendly direction since taking over management in 2011 and it’s great to be recognised for the changes we’ve successfully implemented. We’ve always focused on creating an excellent patron experience and offering the local community a modern and fresh bistro that delivers high quality yet affordable meals, and we’re proud that we have been delivering on these promises,” added Jason Marlow, Managing Director of the Marlow Hotel Group and Founder of the Marlow Hotel Management Group.

In August 2017, Crossroads Hotel unveiled its completely renovated bistro and bar, outdoor dining and five new function spaces. The new hotel bistro and bar can cater for up to 400 people, while the function spaces can cater up to 300 people.

Their bistro menus are updated seasonally, offering patrons a gourmet food experience with high quality meals produced by Head Chef, David Beus.

The Crossroads Hotel Bistro is open from 11am daily with all-day dining until 9pm on weekdays and until 10pm on Friday and Saturday nights. It offers locals and visitors the chance to experience quality food, weekly entertainment including live music, dedicated sports viewing and much more.
