With a fantastic background and extensive culinary experience, our talented head Chef David Beus is passionate about the food, menu and our customers satisfaction here at Crossroads Hotel.

Having travelled extensively around the world, David is a highly experienced chef who has continuously expanded on his culinary training. David has worked in fine dining restaurants, cafes, event catering, private residences, food production as well as extensively in pubs and clubs.

With a passion for all cuisines from contemporary to modern Australian dining, David is always introducing new and amazing dishes to Crossroads Hotel.

Chef David has created an amazing menu here at Crossroads Hotel that features traditional pub meals as well as a range of gourmet dishes and weekly specials. He is focused on bringing our patrons the highest quality food that is not only delicious yet affordably priced.
